96jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 96jl may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
96jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Finance / Wallet page. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 96jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 96jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated player account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 96jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
Before processing any withdrawal, 96jl may require completion of identity verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. 96jl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
All transactions on the 96jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 96jl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, and any conversion fees will be borne by the player.
96jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your 96jl account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the 96jl bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other conduct that 96jl determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
